i know i posted this b4 but its gotten worse. i'll warm up my car in the morning and as i'm driving on the highway, it will hiccup. all kinds of popping noises from under the hood. i'll be at 3/4 throttle but she wont go over 65. when i floored it the revs shot up and she took off. it will fix it self after i do that and it wont do it till the next morning. even after a 10 hour work day it wont do it on the way home. i tried to rev it up in park to see if it happends but i think there must be a load on the engine. should i power brake to see if it does it and have somebody look under the hood? i dont want to be damaging anything but i need to go to work. it all started happening after i put on headers, mufflers, tb bypass, and an airfoil. i did bypass and airfoil. did i screw something up?

First thing, check for codes. It might be advisable to go over the work you did. You never know.:confused

I would check for a stuck EGR valve. January copy of Corvette Fever has a similar problem in the tech section...and the fix was a stuck valve. They also provided the way to test it. If you want I can copy it for you...

Looking at what you did the first thing I would do is remove airfoil and try it. If it still does it then I would put airfoil back and try reconnecting the TB Hoses. Something tells me it is one of the 2 of those. Can't see headers or mufflers doing that. Just my .02

Regal I doubt it is the throttle body bypass, all that is is fluid going through,Airfoil is pretty hard to screw up,Sounds like ya have a miss, Try the EGR line , it had to be removed and put back on when the headers where installed, You might want to check the plug wires for spark, remove wire from plug side and ground it to block and crank over and see if ya have spark, You will need two people for this. Were the Oxygen sensors maybe damaged when the headers were installed?Tell Tuckers of the problem you are having since they did the work. If ya need an extra hand Ill be more then happy to fly by and give ya a hand, just email me.:beer
