Hot Cam and emission tests.....

Will I fail the emission test with a Hot Cam? In Rutherford county they use the OBDII connection for the test. Thanks.

This very question was asked recently...do a search on Hotcam
in the LT4 forum.

I think someone said that GM doesn't even claim it to be emission
legal. I could be wrong.

It's illegal in most states with strict emissions, but with proper tuning, the car can be made to pass. The cam does come from GM saying "Offroad Use only" for whatever thats worth.
