How hard is it to recover seats yourself?

I bought leather seat covers from Willcox (Yankeelady) on eBay for a much better price than I could find in any of the catalogs. Its funny, the covers were actually Corvette America covers. Anyway, I am very happy with them. I have one seat done so far and it looks great! Tom
