News: I found your key

Richross posted he lost a key recently. Well I found one. While replaceing the drivers hindge pins and bushings, I spoted what looked like the tip of a key in the trough that drains from the windsheild. Right above the upper door hindge. Weasled it outa there and what do ya know its ignition key for this car. Very well worn with what looks like factor numbers on it. I pitty the guy that lost it. Hope he had a sprare.

That's awesome! If you were me, you'd make some copies right quick before that key sprouted legs and walked off on ya! Not that mine did...
I never lose my keys- that's always some other schmuck...

Hey Spike-
I just noticed that you live here in Washington State as well... Is there a C3 get-together held here annually? I am familiar with the Cherry Blossom Festival in Wenatchee, the Vintiques in Yakima, the Maryhill car show and hill climb, etc... But is there a C# registry/function for our state? Curious..

Richross, Don't know much about any vette functions here in SW Washington. I've only been a corvette owner since Nov 07. There is a car dealer in portland that has a bbQ and cruise afterwords. Corvettes only. I think they do a weekend to crater lake. I wont attend this time maybe next year.

Hmmm. Yeah, I just picked up the Pace Car this past February myself so I'm not up on all that's available to us C3 guys for get-togethers. I'll bet there is plenty of info on the net. If I find out anything I'll slip ya the info.
