No. It's not possible.

My advice is you 1) get the factory service manual and 2) follow the diagnostic instructions in the FSM in the Section on Engine Controls under "cranks but won't run".

Also, are any fault codes set in the ECM. If so, please post them

ok i wante to add some more info to the thread . i check codes ,none there , check all fuses under hood and pass side dash , none blew . ok my maxi fuse under hood beneth the computer for the fuel pump has heat to it and the relay clicks both of those are working . now as for the fuel pump mini fuse pass side dash has no heat to it , so i placed heat to the fuse and the pump works. so does anyone know why this would happen ? what goes between the maxi fuse and the mini fuse to where there is no heat to the mini fuse

The fuel pump Maxifuse has no power because the fuel pump relay is not energizing. There could be a variety of reasons for that. One, of course, might be a fault with fuel pump relay or its associated wiring, but there could also be a PASS-Key fault or a number of other problems.

First let me repeat what I said earlier:
My advice is you is: 1) get the factory service manual and 2) follow the diagnostic instructions in the FSM in the Section on Engine Controls under "cranks but won't run". You can find that on pages 6E3-A-27 to 6E3-A-29. Also, you will likely need the fuel pump relay diagnostic info on page 6E3-A-31. You can get Service Manuals from CAC sponsor Zip Products on this web page.

What these diagnostic procedures do is assist you in finding if the problem is lack of fuel, lack of spark, a problem with PASS-Key, or some other issue.

You may need a scan tester and you will need a test light.
