Looking at what my car came with, I think it would have to be close to the rarest optioned '69 SB. I think there are probably some color combos which would make other cars more rare, but when it comes to options, I think I may have it.
My car came with (to the best of my knowledge):
P02 (8,073) Deluxe wheel covers
C60 (11,859) AC
M20 (16,507) Muncie wide ratio tranny
TJ2 (11,962) Front fender louver trim
Don't know about the radio, but I'll check when I get home
The car did not come with:
G81 (36,965) Positraction. This means only 1797 did not have it.
So, thinking about this, who would get A/C but not PS and PB? I think whoever orderd this car wanted it for the status. After all it's a base 350 w/o posi, but with the P02s and louver trim. I'm sure there are some with the 3 speed manual tranny which will be more rare, but like my used-to-be-open diff, who would want it?
Anyway, I was just a little bored and figured I'd throw this out here.
