Jane Ann, did you use their new ZFX accelerator? I am looking forward to some pics. Why are you getting new center caps? Got new wheels to go with them?

I just ordered some Zaino for Lust. Should have it a few days. Probably wont have time to do her up right until the weekend after next though.

I use the Z-5 for light scratches and swirl marks with the accelerator drops added.

I did the works - washed her with Dawn, dried, claybarred, washed again with Turtle Wax soap (I'm out of Zaino soap), dried, applied the Z-5, let it sit for an hour to dry thoroughly, then buffed it out! The only thing I didn't do was apply a coat of the Z-6 Gloss Enhancer and then a coat of Z-CS Clear Seal. My back was bothering me so I stopped for the day. I'll have to save those steps for another day.

I lost one of my center caps a couple of weeks ago somewhere while driving. Of the 4, only one was complete, one missing, and 2 lost the carbon fiber ring and small centermost cap with the C5 emblem on it. Center Cap thread I got an entire new set of 4 and I'm going to go by Kevin's shop tomorrow for him to put them on.

Then it's time for new photos! :cool

I spent the night with mine!!!! :L

I rolled her out of the garage, gently carressed her top with 303 cleaner, then gave her a well deserved bath, dried her off, shined her shoes, and rolled her back in the garage.

I think she's po'd at me 'cause I didn't take her out and show her a good time!!! :L

Tonight after work I'll do the interior and we'll be all set to go. Might even take her to a show on Saturday.

It's got some pics I took of Lust a few days after her Care Point appointment at the dealership. I'm really looking forward to getting the Zaino! The weekend after this one is going to be difficult. Do I clean her up good, and apply a lot of Zaino, or do I take her to the local drag strip and see what she'll run?

Very nice pictures, Jason! I know you're totally enthralled with the new Corvette, as I am with my '05. We both had the privilege of owning a Grand Sport, but, man, those C6's are unbelievable!

I was an avid Zaino fan some years ago but have bounced around to a few other brands since then...Adams being the current one. I don't seem to be loyal to any one manufacturer for long!

Elaine, for as awesome a car the GS's were (not to mention good looking ), the C6's are head and shoulders above them. Though, the 12 years of engineering development between my 2 cars counts for a lot!
