Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

If this thing sells, I'm putting mine on the block

you have got to be kidding me!!
granted, it's a beautiful car and it looks to have been restored very nicely, but a '65 with a crate motor and auto trans, aftermarket air, and repro bolt-on wheels for a current bid of $105,000!!!! some bidders are crazy, if they are real bidders and not just shill bidding.

geez, I watched '65 396BB cars go for a lot less than that at BJ this year.

EDIT: opps, I just looked at the sale again. That's not a bid of $105,000, that's just a buy-it-now price. Man, he is NUTS!!
what's the deal? He over paid on a '65 to begin with, than overpaid to have it restored, and now is trying to sell it for those inflated prices AND still try to make a profit? What a moron.........

my '65 is the original SB motor, maybe I should just spensd the money I can't currently afford, add aftermarket AC to it like I wanted to anyway, and than sell mine on eBay for $100,000. That would the investment in the aftermarket AC system well worth it. ;LOL

More money than brains. Well, at LEAST it has a genuine GM crate engine.

Won't sell at that price.

OuUpp's missed that first time around

I was so impressed ( yeah, tell me about it ) with this marvelous offer, I did not take the time to look at ALL the previous e-bay transactions this genius made. Upon a closer examination I realized that he has a total of ZERO sales made so far.

I wonder why .? :eyerole

Paul - Try Ecklers - I just got one for a Trubo 400 shift pattern. I think it was like $40.

Holy Toledo!

I have a neighbor that is the original owner of a similar car, can’t exactly remember the engine option he has, but the car is original with extensive documentation. I have to show him this thread!

Since my website gets a huge number of hits each month, and has done for a few years, the name is well known enough that I'll soon be selling all my old parts on eBay, labelled........."Pulled from 67HEAVEN -- you too can own a piece of HEAVEN". ;)

I don’t know why... but I had an image of a Hootersesque girl holding up the parts on a online auction. I mean this in a good way, she is there for marketing the parts :) ... not a naughty auction. Maybe it was the “piece of Heaven part”.

I should shut up now and get back to the topic. Yes, Mid-Years are going up-up-up!

I think all of you are in for a surprise. I think all of your cars are going to take a good jump up in value over the next 6 months.
