Do you know if the BBK throttle bodies are equipped with the connection point for a manual transmission, or if I would have to change the linkage out.

This is for a C5 which uses a throttle acutator (Electronic Throttle Body).

I am guessing you are thinking of the C4, the 6 speed would not have a cable going to the throttle body, I would imagine a 4+3 would use the same setup as the 700R4 but I'm not sure...

Again this throttle body is for a C5...
