I can see the flywheel on my C4.. I guess there should be an inspection cover or something?

Yep. Should be a dust cover there.

The dust cover is missing, You need to get one soon you don't want any dirt and junk in there.

Yup the cover is missing.......but the good news is, there doesn't seem to be any missing teeth on the flywheel YET.... you need to get this fixed right away..

Thanks all, I have managed to find one at Corvette Central.. the car is definitely a garage queen until the new one arrives and I fit it. Amazingly I suspect it has been like this for about 2,000 miles, since well before I bought the car. !!!

OK bad thought. I bought mine in June , 5000 miles... haven't really looked under there, and I was told a new clutch had been installed..:eyerole

Fixed her all up yesterday - had to remove the starter motor to fit the new one. All clean and tidy, ready to go!
