I'm in process of rebuilding my 1978 L-48 and I think that I'm gonna go for the Summit's Holley systemax engine kit for $1,389.99.
The kit comes with aluminium heads and dito intake dual plane,special cam with hydr. lifters, double timing chain.
Apart from that I am going to use Dynomax headers with same brand sidepipes, underdrive aluminium pulleys,aluminium roller rockers.
Has anyone have some experience with the Holley package or is there any other kit for also a good price?
