Late 90 ZR-1's had this sticker and all 91 ZR-1's and L98's had this sticker. Discontinued by GM, the repo's I've seen suck, at a NOS one sold on ebay 3 weeks ago for 120.00.

The 84 had a similar sticker for being the Motor Trend Car of the Year.

The other option is to find someone with a '91 convertible... they came with them unused . basically, you got the sticker with the car, but still on the paper.
