tryin to get to I-10, traffic was belligerent and i took my best shot cutting across the curb separating I10 from 60, all this under heavy throttle...this 18 year old beater jumped like a thorobred and was gone...i love this car:_rock

Ouch, I winced when I read your post. Check your alignment, bet it didn't do it any favors. Its a Vette not a Silverado.

Wow I'm never going to move to the west coast if you have to drive like that to get somewhere. ;LOL:beer

I don't even jump curbs in my Silverado!! :W

You must not think much of your corvette.

yes, never move to west coast, if you like to drive..

it's a car..not a baby..

no damage no after effects..

just another testimony of how well these cars are put together....
have you ever watched road racing?
jumping curbs is a way of life and not too many years ago this suspension was state of the art...
im jus sayin,
it was designed to take a beatin and keep on keepin on

How did your front spoiler survive?

My '91 front spoiler can't even handle those parking lot dividers!

SoCal is a traffic nightmare at rush hour, an Autobhan when there is no traffice. Ok well, the latter is an exhageration.

It's still a traffic nightmare though. Too many freakin' people with cars and cell phones. I drive my Corvette an hour from the urban sprawl and there I can open her up real good and really put the performance to the test.

Is there any way you could set up a camera and post something on youtube or digital corvettes and show a demo" Driving in the wild west?" ;LOL
