Just won 2000 with 49K Miles what do you think

What do you think of this deal, I checked carfax, looked ok, here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2436359906 I would have got it from 21, but someone bidded last min. I'm thinking of changing the interior to black anyone on this board have experince with that?
