Known bad spots on C1 frames?

Hello all,

I am headed to Carlisle this coming week in search of a frame for my '59. Can anyone tell me what spots to check most thoroughly? Most known for retaining water or weak welds?

The first thing that comes to mind is the rear crossmember. That seems to rust by the mounting areas. Also, the frame can rust out where it kicks up for the rear suspension (that one's from personal experience on my 58 from NY - some years ago).

Lucky for me my 57 is a FL car from new!
