L98 longer connecting rods questions

We modified connecting rods and pistons (eagle 6.0" pres pin rods and Federal Mogul Performance flat top non-stick pistons (10.7to1 comp)
) in my 1988 'Vette, the crankshaft and camshaft are stock. No frisbie, no front katalysators, TCI shift-kit...

Does anybody estimate my actual torque and horspower? (factory data: 240HP, 340 lbf-ft) Is this increase fuel economy?

With a longer rod, you get greater cylinder pressures, which in turn produce greater torque. But horsepower increase would be negligible unless you were to replace your camshaft, to allow more air/fuel in, and to get it out quicker.

You also my want to note the willingness of the engine ro rotate. Since you've upped the compression, with no other modification, I doubt it will rev as high or a freely.

The best way to get a true measurement is to get it put on a dynomometer. You can get the Horse power and Torque and they'll plot it out, so you can see what the change is and where it is.
