I have considered the Lt1 for a while. on the link above it says the Lt1 intake are better high rpm intakes (4000-7500) which would be good for the l98 because mine dies out around 4800rpms. But would you lose low end torque? Or would this make the l98 a new monster with it's already great low end, and add upper end?

With the LT1 intake, which is basically the MiniRam intake, the runners are much shorter. You don't lose much, if any, overall power but the power is moved further north on the RPM range.
Also a waste of money under 400 cid.fast.asleep said:larger throttle body (52mm, 58mm) is a waste of money on a stock L98 unless you make the openings in the plenum larger.
