Okay first let me clarify the situations. It is around 50 degrees or so, and the roads are thus cold to so I was getting some wheel spin, and I did see some drizzle in some spots on the windshield.
First run I flashed the converter at about 1800 and let er rip, got a deacent amount of wheel spin off the line, and turned 0-60 in 5.51 secs, and 1/4 mile in 14.19 @ 101.6MPH.
Second run I flashed the converter at 1500, still got a lot of wheel spin, and turned 0-60 in 5.51 secs again, and quarter mile at 14.09 @ 102.2 MPH.
Third run, flashed the converter at around 1200, still wheel spin, and turned 0-60 in 5.46 secs, and quarter mile in 14.06 @ 101.7, this run and the last one I manually shifted, and this one I forgot to upshift from 2-3 until about 5400 RPM's :duh.
Last run, and the best one. I flashed the converter at 1000. The tires still chirped and I turned 0-60 in 5.39 secs and quarter mile in 13.94 @ 102.1.
This was all done on street tire pressure of 35 lbs. and I didn't warm up the tires. I kind of wanted to see what it would run under street conditions. This was also done on a full tank of gas, I don't know why I filled up then decided to run the car... I will eventually take it to the track, either when school gets out or I can get some time off of work. Any thoughts fellas?
