Sounds like a nice coupe and the Spiral Gray is a good color too. :thumb

Have you checked the book value at Kelly Blue Book or NADA Blue Book sites? I haven't priced a C5 in awhile so I couldn't even guess.

I'd suggest start with those figures and go down... with the current economic situation, I'd say it's a buyer's market.

it does. it has been taken care of and he has all the maintenance documentation

You haven't bought it yet???

Th 50Th. anniversary cars go for about 21K to 26K around here, private seller that is. Considering the millage 23.5K should be a good price if the vehicle is in great shape.

Are you purchasing from a dealer or an individual? If it is a dealer, you might want to consider a warranty for it since it is less than 10 years old and less than 100K miles. Even with the 60K miles on it, you may never need it, but it could come in handy some time in the future. I think I would buy it myself if I was in the market for a vette; the two drawbacks for me is it not red (but I do love its color) and it an auto tranny.

It always happens when I assume :duh When he mentioned decals I assumed Limited badging and all the rest. Guess I drive a 46th Anniversary car and I did not know it :D.

The badging on the corvette( front and back ) say 50th anniversary

:w there ;)

The 2003 celebrated the 50th year of the Corvette. So, to say all the 2003's are 50th Anniversary Corvettes is not completely wrong ;)

The General made 4,000+ special addition 2003 Corvettes and called sold them with special badging on the side, and 50th stitching on the seat head rest area, along with some other subtle difference's.

The major difference between a 2003 and a 2003 Anniversay Edition is the color and options.

Here are a couple of pages from our Model Center about the 2003 Corvette.
Note the RPO 1SC ;)

2003 Production Page

And this page, Paint Code and especially the Wheel Option, the Anniversary was the only 2003 with these color wheels, and could not be ordered on any other 2003, except the 2003 Anniversary Edition ;)

Good Luck Cs :w
