I just bought a 1986 vette and was washing and waxing the car. I had the doors open etc. I pulled out some of the fuses to check thier condition and when I tried to start the car I got a loud horn like sound out of the rear speakers. The car will start is this related to the vats system I have been reading about? I am stuck with a new car and don't know what to do. Help if you can please.
