LT-5 parts interchange?

Hi,

I was wondering if any of the LT-5 parts interchange with L98 or LT-1 parts?

I mean is there anything you can just buy from a speed store?

I know that there is lots of LT-5 specific parts like block, heads, cams, cam timing gear, many injection parts but what about

- pistons, conn. rods, crank etc?
- valves, springs, rockers etc?
- ignition parts?
- main or cam bearings?
- injectors same as all other cars? what rating?
- various sensors?

Anything else?

The only thing that will interchange is the MAP sensor and maybe the knock sensor. Otherwise S.O.L.

Okey, what about the gearbox internals or rear end parts?

I think but I am not 100% sure that the internals on a LT5 ZF6 are different then a L98 or LT1 ZF6. I know the imput shaft is different.

The input shaft's are different. The rest of the tran's. not to sure.

Oxygen sensor is not interchangeable either - at least for 94.

the nose, hood, and roof will, not the doors. everything from the doors back is different

Thanks Kevin, mines been in the paint shop for two weeks and I forgot what it looks like. Won't see it until the first week in December. It's not too bad I still have the 84 to cruise around in. 84 CF 91 ZR-1
