MAF Question?

Hi all, I was wondering if all the MAF sensors from 84-89 are all interchangeable. I was thinking of buying a used one for my 88 so I could remove the screens. I know there is alot of debate about it but, I am going to do more mods in the upcoming future.

There shouldn't be any problems interchaning years, but I haven't done it. I have also descreened my MAF, and have had no problems for almost a year now. Good luck.
