I know I read somewhere that the NCM had almost paid its mortagage and was in the process of paying back the city for received loans. I would think they would be close to getting the Museum paid for otherwise, I do not see how they could afford such a large expansion. Anyway, expanding the Museum will be great. I would like to also see more parking/showing/vendor areas.
