Hmmm... aren't wires that are used to cut windshield gasket material typically very thin bare wires. The one shown appears to be insulated.

I think Bill, or Sue, or whatever you want to call it, is just a Bubba special.

Back in the day I used piano wire or safety wire to remove the glass. Now air knife.

I'm going w/ the rear view mirror lite option. I ran the wire up the psgr side A-pillar just like that.

Microphone wire?

I once had a Tahoe with the microphone for a hands free system ran up the pillar . Snipped the microphone off and clipped the wire as short as I could. I am sure its still there today.
