need help finding the owners of these 2 ZR-1's please look it may be you!

I have the LT5 from 90 #1656
and I have the trany from 90 #1476

I did a little bit of research with my wife helping and we figured out the complete vins and this is what we found
1476 is titled in florida with 6,000 miles
1656 is titled in wyoming and has around 26,000 miles

I am trying to locate the owners of these vehicles any help is appreciated.
I do have the carfax's does anyone know if I can find out who ownes them via the DMV with the title number?

I already searched florida and I have the correct info But I dont know if they will give me the owners name.....

Johnny I'm here in Wyoming, I have to assume these are 91 or 90 ZR-1's? I have a Red/Saddle 91 #2039 and the other early car here in town is black 90. If your interested I can find out more info on the black 90. Later 84 CF 91 ZR-1

Im sorry Yes they are both from 1990 cars
I have 90 # 354 its black on black but I dont have info on the color of these cars.. and acording to carfax both are unharmed and still on the road
Id like to find out if these parts were removed because of damage or whatever maybe upgeading to a stroker motor...
