I am repairing fiberglass damage on my 66 roadster and need some help in identifying the kind of rivets I'll be using. I need the rivets that attach the lock pillar cover to the upper tab on the metal pillar (two per pillar), the hinge pillar covers to the lower windshield frame, and the ones that attach the fiberglass "whalebone" pieces to the windshield frame.
Is there a cross reference table out there where I can check the AIM rivet part numbers against to get the type (solid aluminum or hollow)head diameter, head type (flat, round or countersunk) and possibly length of the rivet?
Doc Rebuild's site has such a table but it only has the two or three most common types of body rivets. The ones I'm talking about are not your typical sizes. Any help?
