Need instructions to install replacement backup lamp switch

My 64 vert came with T-86 backup lamps as an option, but the switch was removed by a previous owner. I just received backup lamp switch and hardware from Corvette Central. Now I need step by step instructions to install it. FYI, the switch disappeared after a Hurst shifter was installed.
