New '81

Oh, Wise Ones, thank you for the pleasure of sharing with you! I bought my first 'vette, a 1981 T-Top, last year as a gift to myself before having a Reverse Total Right Shoulder Replacement. Unfortunately, it took 3 in 3 months before I could relish being the second owner and appreciate the awe of this Chevy! Original paint, garage kept, covered, maintained and "carefully" driven, with 45K after 31 years! No prior experience.

Hope you get behind the wheel soon. My first Vette was an '81 and I loved it. I used to sit and look at it after I got done detailing it and think the only straight line on the car was the tip of the nose but, boy, gimme that Coke bottle any day of the week. Enjoy it!
