New car paint problem

I've got what look like two 'water spots' about 1.5-2 inches in diameter beneath the clear coat and either in or on the base coat or coming up from under it. Swirl remover won't work, and I'm not sure of anything that will.

I'm wondering if other owners have this or a similar problem, and if anyone's had their car reshot or otherwise fixed the problem.

Feedback from anyone else with experience or the same problem would be greatly appreciated.

What does your dealer's body shop say? Maybe they have something that will take out the spots and not damage the paint.

Haven't contacted them yet. I'm trying to get some additional information or experiences first.

I don't have any problems. You should contact the dealer and see what they say.
