New to site, new to corvettes

Picked up a '79 a couple weeks ago and starting to find out what I'm in for! It's definately had a rough life and I'm hoping to bring it back to at least daily driver status. There's need for work on almost everything but the glove box, looks good anyway! It starts and runs well, I just have to take some time and some(?!) money to get it back.

Welcome to our humble forum. Take your time with the mods, and start with the reliability issues. It's really easy to start with the appearance items, but resist the temptation. I always start with belts and hoses.

Thanks everyone! I'm going to start with dash lights, gauges for now and try to keep it driveable as much as I can while I'm working it over. I kinda like dash lights while I'm driving and working gauges too. I've found circuit boards from Wilcox Corvette. I'm just hoping that's all it is. I'll find out once I get in the dash.
