hello everyone ,I've got some tech questions concerning my '93.I'm looking to do a cat back system with a cat. change as well. My question is this ;would a leaky head gasket cause a rattle in my cat.'s (cat. failure ?)I seem to be loosing some coolant and the head looks surprisingly clean when peeking inside the valve cover ! no milky oil,no smoke ya got me !!
If ya'all think it's ok to do the exhaust first please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the size is 2.75" for stock size anybody know which ones to order from summit/jegs ??
Thanx in advance guys,
Tony

If your catalytic converter is "rattling", it's going to plug-off on you someday. Mine rattled and the car ran great, it became quiet and the car wouldn't run at all. It was like putting a potato in the exhaust.

The aftermarket systems are multitude, and the opinions of which is the best is just as varied. My choice would be Power Effects. ;)
