Hey Redbob,
On 4/2/02 you mentioned using a manual switch to turn on your cooling fans.
See: ("And of course there are variations between model years: my '89 has a 190 thermostat, and the cooling fan comes on at the incredible temp of 228F ! if left to its own devices. Not being able to leave bad enough alone, I switch mine on manually when it gets over 160")
Question: How did you hook up the manual switch?? Would you tell me how or send instructions?? I can be emailed at dlfix@cox.net. I sure appreciate the help. My 88' coupe here in SoCal has the same problems periodically. I'd rather not mess with the t-stat due to our strict emission regs. out here.
