OBD question

if it turns out to be the O2 sensor(ill check it out)
You are missing the point
the code may be because the ECM has not seen the signal it expects at a " certain " time; not because the O2 sensor itself is faulty

with my vette having the speed densor instead of the MAF, will this effect the balance of fuel/air or performance?
Makes no difference;
the O2 sensor is a essential element of the fuel supply regardless of what system you are running.

It is only thing that can tell the ECM whether engine is running rich or lean so it can adjust fueling to compensate.
If it is not working correctly then every/ anything can be out fueling wise

Ok well if it turns out to be the O2 sensor(ill check it out) and with my vette having the speed densor instead of the MAF, will this effect the balance of fuel/air or performance?

And yea I did the digital gauge codes too, one clip in the A the other in the G, I love this OBD stuff so simple!

Well...there are some, this writer included, who will tell you that sometimes, even with the best in diagnostic tools, the "OBD stuff" is anything but simple. Sometimes its tedious and nerve-wracking :mad.
