OBDII guys,

This parameter is continuously reading 20 degrees F. regardless of actual air temp.

A. This parameter isn't used in this vehicle. Everything's AOK.
B. This parameter is monitored by the PCM. Something's whacko.

If B, then ?

I have the OBDI & II and will be doing a friend of mine's '96 shortly if you can hang on that long. What kind of scanner are you using. I have the Ease software on a laptop.
