Question: Oil leak 95 LT1

After using an inspection camera I see the harness assembly distributor hose full of oil. I need to further determine where the oil is coming from. My question is, is it possible to remove the balancer pulley without removing any other parts? By the way the front 3 oil seals are oil free.
