older ford diesels

greetings, i saw an old Ford dually the piqued my interest. i don't knowmuch about the diesel power plant. the truck looks like a 94-95. what should i be looking for motorwise? the rest of the drivetrain is your basic 1 ton truck.
any info would be extremely appreciated

Wish I could help ya; I wanted a diesel myself when I was truck hunting, but I settled for the V-10 in my F-250 SD. Love them trucks too!
