Ya,I used to be in to all that,too.At one time I benched 475#,and a Samoan I worked out with was doing 500#.It wasnt fair becuase most Samoans have big chests and shorter arms :L That was when in the Marines and after for awhile.I'm 6'3",ran the 3 mile run in the USMC in 19 min which is something I wont be doing again anytime soon :Twist
