I frequent http://forum.olskoolrodz.com/ but you won't find any foreign stuff on there just as there are several Vette sites there will probably be a site for anything you wish for.

Oh, I'm sure there are forums for those other cars, just do a search for them. I doubt the people there are any more friendly than the ones here.

I am on LS1Tech.com a lot and has a very large membership base... It was very helpfull on me doing my LS1 swap into my Chevelle. They also have a SBC/TPI/LT1 area.

But there is many forum for every kind of car or subject if you just do a Yahoo or Google search..
