heidi that camaro sounds pretty cool, probably would have helped alot to have pictures of that one. :cry
I am curious to see what option B would turn out like, I'd be concerned with the deep red blending into the black and being invisible.
Thats what I am looking for actually... kinda like ghost stripes so it would only be obvious in bright light and what not. I am gonna see what I can pull out with photoshop tonight.

I am from a small town and I found a local guy that is starting his own shop. He has been painting for many years, 40+ years old and I checked out his other work. Of course, just to be sure I talked my brother into sending his 71 mustang there first and we were very pleased with the results. However I will be finishing all the body work myself, all he will be doing is primer, sealer, base, and clear.

Sounds like you have it covered. I found a good one here in Texas that does great work and paints Corvettes from all over the US if the other one doesn't work out. Check out this link to see some of his work. I watched the progress on the 62. It will be in Corvette Fever next year...
