Parts question

[WLS Ruby 93]

I am looking to buy a replacement "Roof Stowage Receiver" to replace a cracked one in my car. These are the two plastic gizmos that receive the roof pins to hold it in place when it's stored in the cargo area.

I can't seem to find it listed with the usual Corvette catalog companies.

Does anyone know where to buy these receivers?

Never seen those parts in catalogs.....heemmmmmmm. Have you tried Corvette salvage yards? Surely there are parts out there.

I thought this question might be a stumper so I will break out the epoxy and see if I can fix the part while I look for a "Junker".

There just might be something to be found at the "Corvettes at Carlisle" next month. I will be watchful there.

The bracket LH is 1409659, and RH 1409660, they show in group 12.815 in my parts book. I have no clue as to where you might buy them other than a recycler. if you find them, I am looking for the latch that holds the roof panel at the rear near the hatch glass latch. good luck and...
