Great looking car reminds of my 1980 I had from 80-84. Loved that car but my wife didn't. Although I'm glad I kept her and not the car. She did recently suggest I get another, which I did.

I personally love looking at other members rides.
The location of Utica, IL. is approx. 100 southwest of Chicago, and 75 miles directly south of Rockford.
Ever hear of Ottawa or LaSalle/Peru, Utica is sandwiched in between, our claim to fame is Starved Rock State Park, which is a beautiful place to visit if you ever get a chance.

UPDATE - UPDATE

Well - who would of thought.

I entered a car show Sunday, and I knew I wouldn't even place for an award in the Vette class.
(beaten by a 57, 63 split, and 69 BB vert.)

I've come to realize there's just NO WAY an 81 coupe can compete with any of these in shows when there's only 1 class for Vettes, and I go anyway - for the FUN.

Still there till the end, they were annoucing the winners,
and I about FELL OVER when they called my name for
BEST INTERIOR for the entire show.

That's was COOL. :cool

I had never heard of Ottawa or LaSalle before, Craig. I looked on the Illinois map and it looks like it's on the way to visit my son. He lives in Elmhurst now. Thanks for the information about Starved Rock State park...will have to make a point of seeing it.
