piston identity

can anyone help identify the following GM piston: 3866954? thanks

Is that a part number from a box or a casting number off of the actual piston? I can't find it in any of my books.

That will make it more difficult to identify. Casting numbers are rarely the same as part numbers. Somtimes just one digit off and other times not even close. I checked all of my books and sources with casting numbers and didn't find any piston listings. What else can you tell us about it? Size? pin location? Got a picture?
