Rotors

Help me here, I just don't understand how a rotor warps from just sitting.

:confused I can understand faulty metal/machining/wear/abuse-- but sitting?

While l have no clue all that l can tell you is that they feel fine now and l spoke to my dealership and they said that they have had problems with them and even though the 36/36 warranty is over and that my GMPP Major Guard zero deduct doesn't cover rotors the records show this problem and if it happens again they will work something out with me.

It also helps that my service advisor was a member of my Corvette Club. Worse comes to worse l will switch them out.

c4c5specialist has stated on several occasions that lug nut torque should be 100 ftlb. Improperly torqued nuts ( ) can create warp. Be sure that your nuts are tightened with a torque wrench.

Only kidding l didn't even think of it until now, when is it and can l bring my dog? Only kidding about my dog.

I promised my cousin l will take a trip with him so l will talk with him. My two grand children are taking up all my time and they live in Atlanta.

I can't blame the mechanics. My issues lie with the service managers!!! The ones that i've dealt with are real a holes.

I noticed that you come from Youngstown, my vette came from Boardman. I did notice a lot vettes there to my surprise and minto ones to boot.

And l live in New Jersey by the Shore!
