I was wondering if anyone could them what looks like an antenna mounted in back of a 95 corvette behind the carpet on the back wall

this what i think is a antetnna is in the cargo area under the carpet going vertical it looks like a blue rectangle with red wires attached can anyone tell what it is used for

That's the Passive Keyless Entry antenna. There is also 1 in the drivers door.
