Ok i bought a new antenna from ecklers. I have it mounted and everything but i cant figure out how to wire it. I grounded the black wire form the new antenna then theres a red and blue wire also coming out of the new ant.. I assume that im supposed to hook up the red and blue wired somehow to the 3 wires that were originally conected to the old antenna which are a green wire, a white wire, and a grey wire.. Can someone help me please?

It to is going to be trial and error..
One wire is a ground while the others are up and down...
You can probably use a test light to figure out which one is which on the vetted.good luck.

I think white goes to red and green goes to blue. If its already grounded then I suppose you can leave the grey wire alone. Also, welcome to the CAC! I didn't realize the California edition vettes came with a 305.

No instructions?
Aftermarket you pretty much need to use what came with the antenna, IGNORE the factory wires.
OR......Factory antenna uses a relay about midway between the radio and antenna. That relay changes the polarity of the wires going to the FACTORY antenna. Uses only TWO of the three wires at a time.
Sometimes green is (+) and sometimes it is (-). Sometimes gray is (-). White when it is used by the relay is always (+).
If you get to the relay you can bubba things by bypassing it and assigning wires for your use.
Pick one of the green/gray/white wires. Cut it off and connect it to the orange wire at the relay. This will then become your ALWAYS HOT wire.
Pick a second wire and connect it to the yellow(might be pink) and that becomes your TRIGGER wire.
Disregard the now extra third wire or ground it and use it for the new antenna ground.
Your instructions should tell you what to use each of the antenna wires for.

Pretty sure 80 relay is in the jack compartment. 78-79 is under the center armrest all the way to the rear.
