..... has anyone been successful in determining the number of ZR1 , LT1, and LS1/6 Callaway Supernaturals?

I"ve heard 20 or so ZR1's, 200 or so LT1's, and have no idea about the C12's. Also, does anyone have an idea of the breakdown by year for each model?

SLP has done an incredible job of providing production numbers and each individual option for their Firehawk Trans Am/Formula cars. It would be great to develop a similar list & to help us know what is out there!.... Stan A. probably had a good summary.

Joanne , had sent me the break down by year.
from 90-01, not sure if I still have it,

Here we go found it after I finished this post
Our records show
'90-13
'91-13
'92-27
'93-20
'94-24
'95-8
'96-12
'00-1
'01-1

she did not give me breakdown by model LT1, LT4, ZR1. etc.
This is only for Corvette, no mention of Camaro's I don't think they ever made for than 8 Camaro's and they would only be LT1's as they don't go higher than 94. So it looks like 119 total production SuperNaturals

That's interesting.... I hvae to assume all the '90 and ;91's would be ZR1's since the LT1 did not come out until '92?

Also, is that the number of model year cars for the Sn's as opposed to when the modifications were actually done to the car. For example, if a '94 had the car modified in '96, would the total count towards 1994 or 1996?

Tx

I'm pretty sure that the year designation is when the car was done not the model year. I'm trying to find that out too as mine is a 93 but was delivered to Callaway in 93 and to the customer in 94. they had the car almost a year doing the mods

Your right on that , the 90-91 should only be ZR1's. I think if I emailed her again she would break it down further. I'll send one off to her tomorrow

I heard from Joanne today and the numbers represented above are the model years that were done, not when the car was received or delivered. she said she could not provide Engine type as some records are missing that information

Interesting numbers indeed...... production seems lower than I thought? The '95 and '96 numbers seem very low - I've seen at least 1/2 the '95's and '96's (in person or photo's), and that doesn;'t include the LM's..... are they counted differently? Any idea on the LS1 C12's?

Dave

I assume the LM's are counted as ZR1's I'm not sure but I think you had to have a ZR1 base car for that package as it a SuperNatural 490 and you can get that high with the LT1 or LT4.
I didn't ask her about the C12's just SuperNatural cars

Actually, the LM's were based on the LT1 or LT4, at least the 4 that I have seen in person.......ZR1 production ended in '96, so they can't be a ZR1 LM in '96........ this is confusing - just wish Callaway would publish more details

Ted Rice told me that 19 ZR-1 Aerobodies were built.
1995 was the last production year for the ZR-1. The last engine was supposedly built in 1993.

The only one I have seen is a purpleish color one that was a ZR1, it was a SuperNatural 490 ,I believe he lives in CT.

I have four SN's; one 95 CR1 LM

one 96 LT4, one 98 Callaway Sport 7.0, and one 96 C8.
That is one heck of a collection :beer
John, I recently saw your 98 Callaway Sport and love those seats!!!!

***** Final count for "Supernatural Corvettes" between 1990 - 2001 stands at 120 cars ***** :v
