Rear Comp Door Pulls....Options?

Anyone have a better solution than these cheap loops I bought to replace my originals?? The lasted about a day before they came apart.:mad
 
Where did you get them? I bought a set from Dr. Rebuild and they have worked fine for the last 3 years.

They came from Corvette Central........made by EC Products Design, pretty cheap. I had a latch that was sticking and when I pulled hard one of them just came apart. The others are no better.

I'll check out Doc's stuff too. Thanks
 
I'm sure you can use the metal ones from 77(?) to 79(early). Just paint them to match the trim. In fact, I think your experience was a driver for GM to change to metal tabs back in the '70s.
