I am restoring my 60Fulie. i am stumped with the rear end.. the date code is F34, and the casting number is 3725899 and the stamped date of assembly is B0618... I can't decode this .. can anyone help?

The 3725899 center section casting was used on '57-'62 Corvettes and '55-64 passenger cars for non-Posi applications; the BO618 stamp says it's a Buffalo passenger car housing cast on June 3, 1964, and assembled on June 18, 1964. All "B"-coded assemblies were for passenger cars - Corvette center sections were cast at Saginaw and assembled at Detroit Gear & Axle with "A", "F", or "C" prefixes. The center sections are functionally identical and interchangeable between Corvettes and passenger cars, but only Saginaw castings assembled at Detroit Gear & Axle are "correct" for Corvettes. Axle "numbers" aren't checked in NCRS Flight judging.
