my rear hatch on my 2014 will no longer pop up enough to get fingers underneath to fully open it. the lock/unlock mechanism works fine but the hatch doesn’t pop up enough to get a finger under the edge to lift it. i trust there’s a spring or something to push the hatch up enough to grab hold of it. looking for a fix.
