Rear speaker solution

Has anyone come up with a way to add speakers and a sub in a 68 convertible? I want to be able to use the convertible top. I would love to see some pics if anyone has done this.

A lot of folks build custom sub enclosures into the storage compartment for the jack.

On a 'vert... you may be able to build some type of fascias to get 6x9s into the rear corners like the t-top cars... but it'll be really tight. Plus, when the top is down you might not really hear them.

Or you could build one enclosure for a single 6x9 into the center compartment. That and an 8" sub in the jack compartment and it ought to sound okay.
